Why when i upgraded to the iphone 4s i asked for the same tariff as my old phone, 02 agreed this but when it came through i had a totally different one, when i went into the 02 shop i spoke to a 02guru and they told me they dont do that tariff, he then said if i didnt want this contract i had to pay the 2 year contract up at a cost of £849.00, no chance i said, here's his answer he said o well your stuck with it, how i never smacked him:mad:

'Refreshing' contract tariffs is a popular ploy - and the chances are they put you on the nearest tariff that matched the one you were on - but would not mirror it exactly (as if it did, why change it!).
Smacking him only gives short-term relief - PAYG gives a lifetime of it
