E2Save / T Mobile unlimited texts but charged for texts

I signed up to a deal on E2save on 25/10 , the deal included unlimited texts.

In the first billing period I used 200 texts and was charged for each text after that , I now know that the first period was only a part month on pro rata but still don't understand why I've been charged for any texts , unlimited is supposed to be around 5000 texts so my pro rata should have been at least 2000.

My online acount still only shows an allowance of 500 texts per month and despite endless messages back and fore to both E2Save and T Mobile still nothing's been done about it.

T Mobile say I need to get E2Save to contact their dealer support team which I have done and E2Save said on 30/10 that T Mobile will sort it within 48 hours.

It's not a huge amount that I've been charged but it's still something that I'd like to get sorted out quickly , anyone have any ideas what I should try next ? tell them I'm cancelling the contract due to breach of contract ? call the bank and dispute the direct debit as it includes charges for texts ?

Any helpful info will be much appreciated.

It's e2save who have to sort this out. I don't think that you can cancel the contract, but you can sue e2save for all losses you suffer and for the trouble you have.

Unlimited texts has finally been added , just got to get the costs of the charged ones refunded now.
