Please can anyone help I parked in a child/disabled space not with my child in the car but was collecting her from shopping centre so would have her on way back, not knowing that this is not aloud on the return to my car I find the ticket was given only 5 mins into arriving so I was being watched on the ticket it states was given as no disable badge was shown, iv rang the up and on his report it say no sign of a child! where do I stand ?? There are no clear signs stating this is not aloud?? X do I hold of from paying or appeal against this?

If it's from UKCPS, then just ignore it. Take a look around this forum to realise it's completely unenforceable. Most of all, calm down and relax.
Whatever you do, DO NOT APPEAL or contact UKCPS in any way. It'll be rejected and it's just not worth it.0 -
I already contacted them saying I don't feel I'm in the wrong iv always done this for years as my child's dad live near by and that's our meeting point and iv never had one before? The man on the other end was a jobs worth and said I had to appeal in writing he also stated I wasn't seen leaving car with a child surely he must have photo evidence in me doing this to even have a case... The thought or someone secratly taking Phobos of myself makes my skin craw and surely breaches my safe grading to myself x0

Did you identify yourself, e.g. give your address? If not, then the phone call never happened, to all intents and purposes.
They won't have photographic "evidence", they're bluffing. (And anyway, you have no right to privacy/not being photographed by anyone when in a public place. You are being filmed by CCTV all the time!)
Do not appeal. Just forget it.0 -
The man on the other end of the phone is the well known peter haswell!!. He has had his !!!! kicked here many times.
He thinks he Is some kind of lawyer but he's just a slimy slug.
So just ignore the little upstartFor everthing else there's mastercard.

I know I was NOT in the wrong!
Yes they will get your registered keeper details from the DVLA after 28 days or so and there will be some junk mail.
So what?! Please stop responding to this scam. No more phoning them up, no emails, no appeals.
Like all the other posters on this board, you have a fake PCN.
The letters are easy to predict and laugh at, when they arrive at the address of someone who knows it's all hogwash and not a real parking ticket at all.
The whole scam of fake PCNs relies firstly on people's ignorance of the fact that a random private company can't fine anyone, and secondly on their natural fear of parking tickets and the escalating costs/bailiff scenario. So PPCs copy the look of a real parking ticket and - hey presto! - the cash rolls in from victims who know no better.
Don't be victims!
There is no fine, no CCJ, no bailiff, no debt, no effect on credit rating, no Court, no repercussions at all.
Tick off the threatening letters here.
Watchdog clip with expert Solicitor's opinion here.
Barrister's opinion - read the answer at the bottom, it's very clear! - here.
So simply choose to ignore and laugh at the scammer and their attempt to extort money. It's like deleting obvious phishing emails from your 'Bank'; it's a very similar con based on impersonation of authority. Just play snap with each letter against the first link, then the scam fizzles out - simple!
HTHPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ignore them but just for clarity was it a parent and child bay, or a disabled bay?0
