Ebay bending the rules?

I have had to start doing either free or a minimal P&P when I sell on my own designer clothes. It seems sellers don't actually want to pay for postage even though it is charged at cost. I also email about despatch personally now rather than use the Ebay click through. My postage star is slowly improving, but only slowly, as not all buyers bother to leave feedback even when postage is free!0

From what we have found Soolin it is literally one below par score out of the lot. As we don't sell much (maybe 5-6 items a month) it is easy for one score to ruin the lot, regardless of positive feedback.0
