Vodafone taking unauthorised payment from O2 Visa.

Can anyone give me guidance please? On 13/09 I asked Vodafone.ie why and how, when I authorised a €30 phone credit from my O2 Visa on 11/09 they took a second charge without my authority. The charge was reversed by O2 Visa 11 days later.
The emails run on and on, Vodafone have finally offered an apology for my 'dissatisfaction'. They haven't even acknowledged that they debited the card even though I gave them all the info from O2. Who do I contact? I don't want their 'goodwill gesture' of €10 credit. I want what I asked for, an answer! Thanks in anticipation.

Financial transactions are weird beasts. Sometimes things just don't work out right, and things are double charged. It's a shame that Vodafone IE haven't noticed that, but you've got your money back via a chargeback.
I'd just take the free credit for your phone, and leave it at that, and if you're still dissatisfied, then you just up and leave the network.

It was obviously an error, not a conspiracy to rob you. Do you really want to know all the details of this error? Do you not have more important things in your life?
It was just €30, not €3K. You had it refunded, you received an apology and €10 credit.

These things, unfortunately, happen. Sometimes catastrophically.
Different reason, but see http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-18999135
People and systems can make mistakes. They have said sorry and offered you a goodwill payment. Be satisfied.0
