I know the percentage is still there but feedback is there for all ebay users, especially new ones. Your telling me that someone who is completely new to ebay knows what to look for in a seller. BUT if it written in black and white in there feedback, dodgy seller, dodgy seller, it would be easier for everyone. Now why have the capability to hide that?? Doesnt make sense to me.
