Redundancy advice - but I have 2 jobs...

Not sure that different bits of the job get paid at different rates happens to loads of people.
If you want to leave get proper advice on how to argue this is a single employment.
If it was really two jobs then it should be 2 payslips and 2 lots on NI.
But the rules for tax and employment law are probably different.0 -
I have two jobs with same company and they are on one payslip but definitely two very different types of jobs entirely. I have two separate contracts and have two different lots of NI taken off and holiday pay etc.0
