I rang the supplier people, they said I need to ring Tesco, I asked if they had any stock. They said I'd have to ask Tesco.
I have tried ringing Tesco. I got cut off twice. I have now been on hold for 25+ mins..
Did you phone their Freephone No. I just let the music play for 42mins, until they answered. I knew it was not going to get me anywhere, but it made me feel better telling Tescos what I thought.:j0 -

Yes, I'm on the freephone number. Thing is, I know how to turn my speakerphone on, but not off so when people answer it's difficult to have a serious conversation if I have them on loud speaker. So I don't have it on. so I have to have it against my ear.
So can't do much as i have a poorly baby too.

Oh the line went dead after one hour!
So I called them back but pressed option one to go through to new order, she put me through and the lady was lovely. said there had been a delay in the order but delivery should be tomorrow... we shall see, not holding my breath!0 -

Mine arrived on Monday! Thank you OP. It was a really silly saga though. Just like the other person who recieved one, they cancelled my order refunded it and then delivered it.
They then left messages telling me that it was out of stock, but they had delivered me one and could I call them back to pay for it!??? Nonsensical!
It took me 2 days to get hold of them and I finally paid for it late on Weds night. There was a whole saga to that too, but its too involved to post!
Good luck to the rest of you, especially the OP. It seems that those of us who spoke to Revelation the manufacturers, to arrange quick delivery are the ones who have received them, not the people who ordered first. Very unfair.0 -
