not looking a gift horse in the mouth but theses are much smaller than i expected , my daughter is 11 and im worried it will be to small yet the age recommendation is 13yrs and above. beautiful scooter though, really hope others are delivered today. good luck. :T

I certainly did ring Tescos. I waited on the phone for 42 mins before I actually spoke to someone. The young man I spoke to was very unhelpful and I asked to be put thru to the supervisor. I told the supervisor what the problem was and he told me that if the item had been despatched, it could not be cancelled. I asked him why some orders would have gone thru the process to despatch and others didnt. He also was very unhelpful. When I mentioned why it took 5-7 for Tesco to reimburse me my money, he told me to contact the bank to ask them why they kept my money for 5-7. I myself will not be shopping at Tescos anymore. They did not even apologise but treated me as someone they could not be bothered to speak to. :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

I rang the supplier people, they said I need to ring Tesco, I asked if they had any stock. They said I'd have to ask Tesco.
I have tried ringing Tesco. I got cut off twice. I have now been on hold for 25+ mins..
