Apparently mine has been cancelled as its "out of stock", which is surprising given that the ladies I spoke to on Tuesday and Wednesday from the manufacturers assured me that the item was in stock and was to be put on the lorry for delivery on Monday!

I know that this was a misprice, but I think that Tesco's have behaved abominably and I intend to complain. Their IT department needs a serious shake up. I ordered a few small items from them 10 days ago, to be delivered to a local Tesco. I haven't had any communication from them saying the items are ready (although I am pretty sure they are), but every day since they have emailed me to pick up an item I collected a month ago!

No wonder Tesco are losing market share. :mad:
