virgin contract help
Does anyone know if I would have any chance of getting out of my 24 month blackberry virgin contract early due to ill health? Ive recently developed carpal tunnel syndrome and I find it near on impossible to use my blackberry, I could really do with a touch screen phone (no thumb required) Thanks in advance xx

In one word, no.
Sell the phone and buy the one the suits you. If it's not a BB asking Virgin to switch you to a more appropriate tariff costing the same is a more realistic aim, but it's better to negotiate this before buying a replacement.
Decent touchscreen phones are available for less than £1000
