Can a vm cable services be cancelled where money is outstanding and where the service is out of contract.

money is outstanding yes but has to be paid at some time before it ends ?

Yes,or it will be passed onto a debt collector.You will also have to return the equipment or you'll be charged up to £250 per item.0
