Escalating an Orange complaint

Does anyone know how to escalate an Orange complaint?

I've been dealing with the EE "Helpers" - more like EE Muppets!

I'm getting nowhere, they've mixed two different complaints, and have now even gotten the details totally wrong.

They have tho admitted that the sales person lied to me

Is there any email address for them?

    Found this as well..

Complaints Code of Conduct states email customer.services@orange.co.uk is where to complain, apart from that email is now out of use, send to executive.office@everythingeverywhere.com or executive.office@everythingeverywhere.co.uk

Other reports on here say the executive office do not handle calls untill you've exhausted the customer service route and will direct you back to customer services if you have not been through them.

And the email address customer.services@orange.co.uk hasn't worked for months.

You can only write to them now.

    THAT DOES NOT WORK!!
I was advised to do that by someone on here recently - the executive office will not deal with this stuff. Perhaps they used to (looking at net comments from the past) but they do not any more - believe me, I tried them. You will get short shrift from them:

Where are people getting this exec. office advice from? I wish I HADN'T followed all the advice someone supposedly knowledgeable gave me on here the other day - I would have been better just phoning 'upgrades/retentions' myself (long story). As it is, I've had NO joy, Orange have been !!!!!s, not calling me back when they said they would and I have now informed them I'm cancelling contract (still able to) and leaving.

OP - you need to email:

    correspondence@everythingeverywhere.com.

That's not true - see post above.

For all the good it will do anyone to email it. *eyeroll*

They have not replied to my complaint at the everythingeverywhere email (not tried exec one), worse, a CS tried to give me the old email address when I requested a working one.
In addition, they have failed to respond to snail mail.
