In other words, you can register maniac886.com and then use maniac@maniac886.com as your e-mail address. You don't actually need to set up a website on https://www.maniac886.com if you don't want to.
The whole of my extended family use a shared domain name for e-mail purposes only.
Who are the cheapest companies to use?"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

Poss not the cheapest but 123-reg are the easiest/best IMO
In the same way Ukreg I mentioned earlier, I'm not sure whether they are any longer the cheapest but they are cheap and I've always been happy with their service. They've always been helpful and fast to repsond if I have any technical query etc. But I'm sure you'll be fine with any of the recommendations people make on this thread."She is quite the oddball. Did you notice how she didn't even get excited when she saw this original ZX-81?"

I have my own domain name which I registered a few years ago from https://www.freeparking.co.uk. I only use it for email purposes (because it looks better than afnt47@myisp.com).This space has been intentionally left blank0

hi,
I signed to up fastmail but was just wondering should I be using POP3 or IMAP. I am not 100% sure what the difference is. Thanks"He's a maniac, maniac that's for sure,

You can get a cheap domain name and unlimited email addresses from betterwebspace.com
It uses C-Panel which I found really easy to set up.
There are some instructions at the bottom of this page:
