Vodafone don't cancel contracts when asked

I dont mind a different no with every mobile I own. But what I object to is Vodaphone billing me when my contract has ended and they have charged me for non use of the service on my now defunct HTC Desire. they are immoral, greedy and just a bunch of illegal money grabbers who have no thought for the customer. I speak as one who has made a conscious decision not to have the sales speak (retention) after such abysmal service.#TY[/B] Would be Qaulity MSE Challenge Queen.

Yes thanks Lee. thank you very much for helping me to sort the issue. an issue which seem to come from a little mis-communication.
It seems to be assumed that asking for a PAC code means it will be used, customers are aware a PAC will expire, but not using it will result in the process of termination not completing.
Thanks again, I'll remember Vodafone in 24 months time.0 -
