New deal on internet and phone for existing BT customer

Hi everyone,
I am due to renew my contract with BT and would like to know whats the best way to get a good deal please.
I currently pay almost £35!!! for broadband option 1 and evening and weekend calls. We now have Infinity available and I would like to upgrade to that but I know they are currently offering BT infinity with 40gb and free evening and weekend calls for £9/month for first 3 months, £18/month thereafter, plus a free £50 sainsburys gift card which if you take that in to account would mean with paying a years line rental upfront, a years package would cost £268. The equivalent for an existing customer would be £345.
Should I just call them up and see if they would match the deal they give to new customers? What would be the best way to negociate please?
