Hardly any flying today other than WM and DW. I have a huge pile of ironing to tackle. I will do it while DH watches the football tonight. I caught up with Dallas last night and can't wait for the last one of the series.
I took 3 large bags of christmas presents to work with me today and got the majority of them wrapped. It was fantastic as it's one of my most hated chores of Christmas and I've done about 65% of it.
DS1 was paid 20 quid for approximately 50 hours work last week. I've tried to get to the bottom of it with him but he became aggressive and abusive. DH got the same treatment when he approached the subject. I think he has bunked college today and have put in a call to his tutor. She's confirmed he was marked absent today.
DH has got a date for his ear operation. He is still very apprehensive and I don't think he will go through with it.0 -

Hugs to all that need them. I'm 'one-handed' for next few days so a bit limited on what I can do, but today around the paid stuff I've done the dailies, done some shredding, some dusting and stripped DDs bed. She'll need to remake it herself. DH IS TAKING ON WASHING UP DUTIES AND WILL NEED TO PUT THE WET WASHING ON THE AIRER.
I'm not shouting at you all. Its odd doing one finger typing!Spend less now, work less later.0 -
Mumto5 hugs hun, don't mention it for a few days and then see what comes to light, calming love and vibes. Can you make use of any long sleeve thermal vests and long johns (fit average age 9-10)?The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Evening everyone, sorry for disappearing the middle of last week. I had a wee accident while out with my friends teenager. I managed to trip over a pothole, while being jostled to get on a bus, and busted a couple of fingers, sprained my thumb and did something to my hand. I have had it bandaged up for the last few days and really unable to do anything. Thank gods it wasn't my right hand, but I didn't realise how much I use my left hand..
Then today I woke up with the carpiest cold and sore throat.. So have spent the day in bed - I have dragged myself downstairs but I now need to get a shower - once I have stuck my hand in a sandwich bag to stop it getting wet..lol
So I shall be doing the bare minimum till next week I think, I have already put the hoover round downstairs and already am whacked out..lol
DH is happy for me to not do anything, I think he is worried I will end up with another bout of pneumonia after last years episode (at the same time as now)
Hugs and love to everyone xxxx Hugs and get well vibes sent to those that are poorly xxx

Yes please Dusty. DS3 is growing like a sunflower. He doesn't have an ounce of fat on him and feels the cold.0
