TMobile or TalkTalk
I've been with TMobile for years and currently pay £18 for using my own iPhone 3G (which is now crawling), 300 mins and 300 texts per month. My contract is up for renewal and i am thinking about switching to my landline internet provider TalkTalk which is £5 or £10 a month depending on which phone i go for, the txt and calls are lower.
Can anyone advise on TalkTalk as a mobile provider. the deal looks good but if i can't get a decent signal it won't be worth it. What is the best smartphone deal out there?

In my experience, both T-mobile and Talktalk are AWFUL. We had a right fiasco with TT over an internet thing. Either serious system issues for their Customer Service dept. or serious IQ issues with the staff..*Look for advice, not 'advise'*

for £10 a month you can get 250 mins and unlimited text and internet with giffgaff. £15 a month would get you 400 mins +
unlimited text and internet.0 -

1gb for that price soon. And virtually non-existent CS plus a couple of major outages recently. Imo Virgin SIM only beat giffgaff hands down at the moment (and allow tethering on all their SIM only deals, including the truly unlimited packages).0 -
Hows the Orange complaint going ?
No joy at any level. Never called me back on Monday when said they would. Grr. Then got an unexpected, unwanted and inconvenient call - after emailing for my PAC code. No effort to try and keep me or anything - another rude **at bloke. Said I'd ring them back today as was going out. Got callback this morn. from the 'correspendence@..' team in response to my increasingly p'd off emails and last one demanding PAC code and several bits of info in writing.
Got all info. I wanted, got PAC code texted to me and later joined up with Tesco Mobile (despite generally bad reviews, they've got 1 star more (I think it was) than Orange at the Review Centre).
Swayed by free Samsung Galaxy Ace, 500 mins, 5000 txts, 500MB/mnth, all for £12.50 - as opposed to measly Oranges seemingly immovable 100 or 200 mins/blah texts and 80MB for £15.99!
Think all the companies get a fair share of bad reviews, fingers crossed TM better than Orange who seem to have abandoned any pretence of customer care or wanting to keep customers.
Thanks for asking.*Look for advice, not 'advise'*
