Easy, quick and oddly loved by what seems like all blokes!

    1. Chuck some broccoli florets in an oven dish
    2. Cube and fry off a chicken breast and put into the dish
    3. Top with a mixture of a tin of condensed soup (chicken, celery or mushroom), mayo and curry powder
    4. Throw some grated cheese on top
    5. Bake until cheese is bubbly
    6. Serve with pretty much anything: rice, pasta, tatties, more veggies etc etc

  • Hi everyone!

Posted this already in Nov GC but I'm so proud of it I'm posting again :rotfl:(only plan 6 meals and flexible about what nights I eat them, but had the turkey tonight):

Turkey escalopes with green beans, roasted parsnip & boiled potatoes YS turkey breast steaks in freezer, breadcrumb bag in freezer, parsnip, green beans & potato left from this week. Only bought a lemon for zest for the crumbs!

Veg chilli with mini baked potatoes & yoghurt Veg chilli in freezer, potatoes & yoghurt left from this week - don't need to buy anything!

Butternut squash & chickpea curry with rice & yoghurt Butternut squash in fridge, will chuck in other leftover veg including onions & garlic, have chopped toms, coconut milk & all the spices plus rice & yoghurt in. Nothing to buy!

Salmon salad with roasted squash OH working so just me. Salmon in freezer, squash leftover. Will buy salad leaves & cucumber

Spicy chicken wings with corn on the cob potato wedges & salad Wings in freezer, potatoes left - will buy salad & corn on the cob

Veg arrabiata with salad Chopped toms, garlic, herbs & veg all in, just need to buy salad

See why I'm proud? It's all using up leftovers :D Did my weekly shop today and cost a grand total of £21.47!!
