Overcharged by Tmobile on upgrade. Looking for advice!
Hi There
Just really seeking advice in regards to tmobile overcharging me.
Story is i upgraded on the 13/10 to the galaxy S3 LTE i was offered the S3 going up to the £46 pay monthly tarrif with 1.5GB internet with my employee call option being retained. I dealt with a very pleasant Upgrade specialist who gave me my upgrade for £29 + Delivery which came to about 35.40 in total i then opted to pay this upfront.
Long story short got my 1st bill today now i have been charged a total of £79.82 + Vat for my upgrade(On top of my normal bill + Pro-rate charges). I contacted them today and i was told it would be 3-5 days for my bill to be investigated and i would recieve a callback on my mobile phone within that period with the results of the investigation.
Now im really just looking for advice i have recieved a text message by the sales agent confirming exactly what i agreed to on my old mobile phone has anybody else went through 1 of these so called billing investigations or have i been fobbed off ? And if i have would i maybe be better to go into the tmobile store taking the evidence with me or would they just litterally tell me to dial 150.
Cheers in advance

Hi
Went through something similar,
around the 26th October renewed via Retensions, received text - perfect
Received new phone, papaerwork and my T-mobile wrong info (24 months instead of 18)
Rang retentions, spoke to colleague / supervisor who would investigate, they rang back within an hour and confirmed as original text.
Suggest trying original department you spoke to, if no joy go to retentions.
The text is hte evidence - forward to another phone too if youre getting a new one for your evidence!
Good luck x0
