In the post today was a notice from tcp to pay for overstay at Asda car park on 19th October! If i pay now its £40 and if after 14 days it goes up to £70 and a £10 admin fee charged if not paid by then will be added.I was actually shopping in Asda and according to the camera i was 15 mins late in leaving. there are no parking meters in the car park its free for a certain time.
Do i pay this, i am so angry and i worked for Asda for 12years and always shop there.if i appeal they want any paper work to prove i was a genuine shopper.Who keeps shopping receipts for 3weeks.0 -

If you just ignore them the special discount price will be a 100% off, so you pay nothing, please read this thread for all the advice you really need. Particularly post #4Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
