Iphone 4s tesco cant recieve mms

Hi i have just got a iphone 4s from tesco and my friend tried to send me a pic msg but i get a text from o2 saying i have to go online to view it, my other mate has sent one and it came through, can anyone help

Had this myself with Tesco
It could be you need to install mms settings fro the Tesco/O2 site
Or it could be this - After quite a battle with Tesco tech department it turned out they had not activated mms sending on my account - needs to be activated their endWhen will the "Edit" and "Quote" button get fixed on the mobile web interface?0
