    spotted one

    systra.exe

is a process which is registered as a trojan. This Trojan allows attackers to access your computer from remote locations, stealing passwords, Internet banking and personal data. This process is a security risk and should be removed from your system

    Stinger will deal with it

    http://vil.nai.com/vil/stinger/

    How to Use Stinger
    1. When prompted, choose to save the file to a convenient location on your hard disk (such as your Desktop folder) SaveAs.gif
    2. When the download is complete, navigate to the folder that contains the downloaded Stinger file, and run it. WindowsME/XP users read this first. icon.gif
    3. The Stinger interface will be displayed. StingerUI.gif
    4. If necessary, click the Add or Browse button to add additional drives/directories to scan. By default the C: drive will be scanned.
    5. Click the Scan Now button to begin scanning the specified drives/directories.
    6. By default, Stinger will repair all infected files found.

'd say 20 icons is a fair few - your computer will cache these and it will use up resources.

Alt+Print Screen copies the active window to the clipboard. Then open Paint and paste (Ctrl+V) and save. Then upload the file to an image hosting list (e.g. Photobucket) and link to it here.

Better to follow the malware/spyware removal guide sticky on this forum first though.
