  • Should of said that the only thing that can go wrong is if
My willpower lets me down (not gonna happen!)
I've incorrectly budgeted ( doubt it as bills are pretty similar month to month, it's just gonna be getting used to no social/clothing budgets that's gonna be hard)

    Basically nothing can stop me!!!!

  • Morning all

Sorry for not posting too much of late I've been absolutely manic!

Good news is that I have qualified for group instruction in fitness industry and am starting my classes up (as my 3rd job!) 1 evening a week from beginning of January!

Hoping it will be very successful to allow me to plunge it all towards debt.

I really just want it gone now so it's not hanging over my head constantly.

Therefore I have had a few spend days as had to secure the hall booking and get some flyers done so everyone knows where to come post Christmas to get back in shape!

On a separate note I have puta stone on so am bringing my eating habits
back to basics and also help keep my purse strings tighter!

I have read your diary all the way through and I see loads of similarities :ohttps://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/64020526#Comment_64020526

However, I now have the huge wake up call of having been made redundant!

Well done on what you have achieved so far - and onwards and upwards for both of us

  • Hi diary

I can't wait for 2014 - this is definitely going to be the year that I kick the
    s£&t out of the debt!

Not sure how much time I'm going to have beforehand so here is my aims for next year:

Clear the debt - currently standing at £10,953.97
How: overpaying £700 from my full time job to my credit and loan debts which is approx £8k and 3rd job (fitness classes starting in January ) used to pay off my fitness education loan at £2.5k. My 2nd job (bar work) is used for my social life, dentistry, any new fitness courses I do, clothing etc
    When: December 2014
Why: easiest question to answer - because I am sick of having this debt hanging round my neck and I eventually want to buy a home one day so need to get my credit rating In Better shape and also start saving for a deposit.

Get into shape - currently 11st with 30% body fat but an aim to be 9.5st and 17% body fat

How: using my fitness classes to get back into shape, back to the gym which I pay for, marathon training and use my month trial of hot yoga to kick start me. Also cutting out alcohol and eating healthier
When: 27th December... Why wait until 1st jan???!!!
Why: I want to be back to the weight I was in may I felt so good about myself now clothes are struggling to stay on and I feel like crap. I am also running a marathon so this will aid me to get into shape
