    I would find this very odd. About to exchange and complete on my sixth house I have owned and never had anything like this!

    So that's why someone coined the phrase "starter marriage" - as in akin to "starter house":rotfl::rotfl:

    Bit unnerving for the poor bride though..hope she (and everyone else) knew him as being someone with a very "odd" sense of humour..
