Not really ..... but ...... Tunbridge Wells at a guess. http://www.thisiskent.co.uk/Tunbridge-Wells-arson-attack-leaves-businesses/story-17214529-detail/story.html
Nice find.
If it is the same place (sounds likely) then I dont fully understand why he'd have building insurance as the article you linked makes reference to 7 businesses in the same building. Usually in those circumstances they just rent from whoever actually owns the building.
Unless perhaps the police meant that the building owner (and not the garage owner) only has building insurance and doesnt have contents?
Maybe the OP will update and let us know
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -
Absolutely!Again, is this really relevant?
If it's the place molerat has suggested (remarkable coincidence if not, although that premises has not been "raised to the ground"), then it appears the owner does indeed have some form of insurance.
Anyhow, should be an easy question for the OP to answer.
Edit: I see OP has since been back ... but opted not to answer the question. :cool:0 -
Do you have an active interest OhReally?
No I do not feel the location or partys involved is relevant. And I'd rather not make locations and persons public as I do not feel that helps in anyway.
As I said in an earlier post I have sympathy for the owner and my original post was just to ask for some feed back to consider my options of which I've had and I'm very thankful.
My infomation comes from the police and not the local rag.
I'm pleased to say the business owner has contacted me and we'll talk next week which is the best solution and not for public debate.
I thank everyone that has offered sensible thoughts and advice.0 -

It's pretty obvious from the article that's the same place, there's no other records I can find in the last few weeks on the Internet.
