Singlepoint Users - can you help me understand my bill?

I have been looking at my mobile bill (with Singlepoint/Vodafone) and have noticed that am being charged £1.28 a month for something called a 1/2 price extras pack - does anyone else have this and know what it is? I assumed that the 130 minutes, 100 text messages and £6.00 of texts etc I get free a month was all included in my £10 a month line rental
(yes, I know I have got it good but I'm not giving a penny away to Vodafone - they can afford David Beckham they can afford to give me my pennies back!)
Is the £1.28 Extras pack the thing which allows the free texts etc?
Also, I have noticed that I can get online billing on the vodafone website, if I get this, does that mean I can ask Singlepoint to stop charging me £1.70 a month for an itemised paper copy of my bill? (which I think is shocking!)
Would appreciate your help
Thanks! :D
I've made my debts bite-size too depressing to look at all at once so am handling them one at a time - first up Graduate Loan £1720 paid off! only £280 to go!!!
Money to raise for tuition fees: £3000
When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on!!

Singlepoint no longer exists, I'm sure if you ring Vodafone you will get more help out of them than you would have ever have got from singlepoint, who were both very rude and useless whenever i spoke to them

surely the £1.28 is ex.VAT, including VAT it would be about £1.50, which sounds about right if you've got some half price text bundle. I have the £30.00 bundle for £7.50 (inclusive of VAT) which is half price. So Eliza, methinks you're spot on!

Furthermore, if you want to check with vodafone (who have unfortunately taken over singlepoint) then call them for free on 191 rather than ''mobile'' which is what singlepoint encouraged us to do.

ah, that would explain a few things! After the comments I dug out all the stuff I've had from Vodafone which I assumed was junk mail (well, it was a flashy colour, arrived through the letter box and wasn't marked 'final reminder' hehe!) and there's a letter in there about it - thanks for the tips, will defo call them on 191 in future, although I have noticed that they are quite good at answering questions via email reply service...

£1.28 with vat added is £1.50 which is Vodafones price for Itemised billing. Maybe your getting charged twice for it.

Also if i remember right when you choose to check your bill online you don't receive a paper bill at all. So £1.70 per month might be annoying, but if something goes wrong it is easier to fax/send them a itemised bill instead of an online copy.

Once cause for the £1.28 could be that when customer service change a price plan they need to remove any extras eg itemised billing, insurance etc... and then re-add them once the p/plan is changed, maybe they just saw you had I/bills and just added it, a quick call to customer service will sort it out.
