UKPC unfair ticket

I recieved a fine because my parking ticket had fell down the vents a little bit you would have to look harder in a different angle than usual to see it but it was still visible. The evidence the provided showed a picture on my ticket in the vent but taken at the position where you cant see the date and time. I have appealed it and they have said they would reduce the fee to £15 if i pay within two weeks. I have appealed again as I did have a valid parking ticket and was displaying it even though you had to look at it in a certain angle.
helpppp do i just pay or do i hold out?

Err, why one earth did you "appeal" to a bunch of scammers? This only prolongs matters.
Just Ignore UKPC altogether from now-on and check the letter chain threads to see what rubbish to expect from them.0 -

Amy, take the advice offered already but not only that spread the word....IGNORE PRIVATE PARKING NOTICES. Tell as many family, friends and folks as you can. Direct them here(this forum and its 'stickies') if needs be. The more people know the less they will pay these scammers.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Hi, sorry to hijack the thread but I have received a 'parking charge' today for £90 for not parking within the markings of the bay. It is a UKPC run car park and when we got there about lunchtime the car park was very busy so the only couple of spaces available were next to cars also not parked within the marked bays so we did the same. I did not realise this was an offence...
Have read on numerous sites that the best course of action is to ignore all correspondence. Is this correct as we are quite worried about it?
Thanks

Why do it, then, if you know you shouldn't? Start your own.ForestGrump wrote: »Hi, sorry to hijack the thread

Wott Slithy Tove said, but...
The legal position is that the landowner only (not the parking company) is entitled to pursue the driver (or, under very very limited circumstances, the registered keeper) for the actual losses they incurred as a result of what happened.
Ask yourself if that equates to a private parking company (i.e. NOT the landowner) asking you for £90.
Ignore it.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
My wife (after spending £140 in a major retail park) got a ticket for her Blue Badge being expired which she wasn`t aware of when parking in a disabled bay. She was quite upset about it till I told her Blue Badge rules DON`T apply on Private land so their excuse is spurious. Furthermore under the Equality Act 2010 you DON`T need to have a blue badge to park in a disabled bay on private land so long as YOU or your PASSENGER are genuinely disabled. The parking charge made an excellent ball for the cat to play with once I had scrumpled it up. DON`T PAY THE FINE0

I have just received a letter from UKPC to pay £90 as I ignored their parking charge and reduced offer of £50. What a joke!
I parked in some industrial unit's car park, but guess what the Unit was TO LET and there was no business in operation. No loss of revenue there. It was also on a Saturday evening, not that it makes any difference in this case.
They cannot seriously think that they can get me to pay for this. No business was operating at the unit. Also parking bays do not have the Parking signs, I never saw no parking notice as it was not close enough to the Unit's walls and it was dark. LOL
I should just ignore?? I think so.0
