Feeling ungrateful.. what would you do?

I really feel for you and can imagine how disappinted your children were...bet the kids that actually got in the boat thought it was christmas! I would defo write to them about this, very disappointing

OMG thats disgusting, i won exactly the same prize a few months ago, my little girl was so excited but when we got there they had booked us in on the wrong day and had to return the day after charlie was very upset at that and she got to go in the boat the day after, I still complained about that, we got £25 voucher and an extra goody bag,
charlie was given a sticker to wear so the guys in the boat knew it was her x i feel for your little ones it was heartbreaking when i had to take charlie home so goodness knows how you have consoled your little ones x

i feel sorry for you as well,i know how you feel,kids get exited and is nothing to do if they dont get what been promised,cant bear the dissapointment faces when these things happening......just hopefully you get a bigger ,better one ,so they will forget about this

I am very glad I didn’t use the word ‘complaint’ as I’ve just had a very nice phone call from a very polite and apologetic chap from the Disney on Ice team.
Not only are the kids getting goodie bags in the post, but we have been invited back in the February to their new show where the kids will definitely get to go on the ice! I’ve just checked my emails and they have already sent me a selection of dates to choose from.
I’m well chuffed! Mostly that the kids will still get the opportunity to go on the ice which I think will be a memory they will keep forever. Money can’t buy memories like that, which is the fab thing about comps

You definitely did the right thing well done

I won an ipad 3 the other month and it arrived a few days later and after opening it I noticed it was an ipad 2. I thought ah well still a great win but my family said I should email and tell them it should be an ipad 3. I got an email back an hour later saying sorry and the ipad 3 was delivered the next day and the ipad 2 took back.
