    Received a response from Barclaycard. They have now admitted that PPI was not suitable to me after considering the evidence that I have provided. Therefore, they have upheld my claim and will pay out in accordance with the FOS guideline.

    The amount they are going to pay is £5400. It will be used to pay off outstanding balance on the card and reminder will be pay out to me. I am happy with the outcome and the approach.:j

    As they have admitted the mistake on PPI, and they were charging me outside the credit limit charge of £12 every month, I am planning to put the another claim for unfair credit card charges after receiving the payment for PPI. I believe that due to PPI, I went outside the credit limit and hoping that I might be able to get that money back as well. Any thought on this from the experts??
