Really? It's just that nationwide say that London has performed as following during 2012:
Q1 -0.7%
Q2 +1%
Q3 -0.4%
I'd say that your prediction of 5-8% looks like it is going to be completely wrong, at least on the evidence of the Nationwide reports...0 -
