  • Maybe one of these days he will find the help necessary to move on from being a laughing stock, but I doubt it.

Yes, but that requires he cease being a continuing laughing stock in the first place, so thats never going to happen. The guy is an Olympics class joke of a human.

Come on Perky, I keep parking in car parks you prowl with no ticket over two bays, take the bait and take me to court, i dare you.....

I'd wager that his short period of directorship coincides with his even shorter tenure as an AOS Board Director. How could be represent his company when he was not even a director of it?The latest shenanigans from Perky, the same old vendettas which have apparently led to him having a FPN for wasting police time, show that Perky has not moved on an inch. He is still stuck in 2008 crowing about his set-up Stephen Thomas "win" while trying to gain revenge on his "enemies". Everyone is still heartily laughing at his ridiculous antics. Maybe one of these days he will find the help necessary to move on from being a laughing stock, but I doubt it.

I don't think Thomas was a setup at all. Interestingly the case was heavily relied upon in Euro Car Park's failed claim the other week though I understand.

Maybe not a complete set-up but very dubious circumstances none the less. According to press reports the case was decided on a forum posting by "Stephen Thomas", a user name that Perky was subsequently caught posting in. And why would "Stephen Thomas" admit driving on the forums and then apparently deny it in court? Like most things connected with Perky something is not quite right there. It says it all that this discredited case was all that Euro had to rely on.
  • Just wondering if some people do a tax fiddle by becoming a director for a short time.

Don't directors have certain 'tax efficient' ways of extracting money from a company?

It is conceivable that if someone with no morals suspects their company is heading for bankruptcy they could extract as much money as possible before any creditors realise what has happened.

    Allegedly. ;)

I wonder what HMRC would make of it?

This is exactly what Asil Nadir did with the clothing company Polly Peck before it folded, and then fled the country for 30 or so years
