My stash is taking over the bedroom! I'll go through it later and see what's running out, I'll hopefully have a few UUs to share by the end of the month :j
 welcome CookieMonsta (love the name) - Good luck with your stash list - It really does help.rogueylawyer wrote: »:rotfl::rotfl: somewhere between 2009 and early 2011
My UUs have ground to a halt and the skin on my face has come out in a rash, with some scaly red patches under my eyes, very frustrating. I think it's partly to do with an old moisturiser that has now been relegated to the body lotion category, and partly to do with the colder weather.
I've been doing this challenge for 5 weeks, have UU or TA 36 items, more than 10% of my stash :T I've also not bought anything new, the only INs I've had have been free samples or gifts. I even made it through Boots and Body Shop today without any purchases bar the one necessary thing I had gone shopping for
Well done rogueylawyer :T. You can't beat the feeling of taking control over your stash.
Yet another day of no UU's. I was in town today and only bought some new clothes. Go me :A.No buying toiletries Graduated May 2017Decluttered 2016 2469 items, 2017 1580 items :j2018 3060 itemsSealed Pot Challenge No 0380 -

I have gallons of body lotion as well...which is a pity as I never use it. Far too lazy when I have a big Lush Buffy in the shower. I've started using it as hand cream for the most part. At the current rate I won't have to buy any for about five years!0

I've been busy rooting around
Tossed:
Elizabeth Grant Torriculum Lip treatment. Tried it put it away and took it out to try again. Woke up with waxy, weird feeling lips. Into the trash
Elizabeth Grant Honey Masque. Never opened it but I know that I moved it to Vancouver Island and back in 2004/05. I think it was time to admit it was never going to get used.
Kalaya ultra moisture cream. two 5ml sample tubs. It was good but not good enough to track down and buy.
Need to stop purchasing Shopping Channel mystery boxes!
We won't discuss the winter beauty boxes I bought from them this month as a lot of the products are going into Christmas stockings.
I'm waiting for my November TopBox. Western Canada always has to wait the longest. Some of the boxes are great, other are meh. I'm dreading it.
Glossy won't even ship November's box until the last week of the month. It had better be good because this is the first one that is costing over $20.
I'm nearly finish a Clinique moisturizer, the dregs just won't give up.
Going to Vegas on the 30th. Sephora doesn't hold much of a draw for me. It's the Christmas gift sets in Nordstroms, Macy's, etc, that always haul me in.0 -
Welcome newbies! Re the handwash and refilling it. Last year the same bathroom Carex milk and honey handwash in our house of 2 adults plus lots of visitors lasted the entire year. This was because it was refilled with the dregs of anything that was bubbly and vaguely the same colour. This included cheap and not so cheap bubble bath and shower gels that had been around for years.
A UU ! A 200 ml Pampered mango and orange body butter. This was a birthday present 6 months ago.
WIB? Yes, it wasn't that bad at all. Scent was pleasant and it rubbed in well.
I'd never heard of Pampered so I checked it out, it's one of the trading names of a big British company specialising in home and personal care, based in Manchester. No idea where friend bought it though.Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.0 -
Hi to all the newbies.
Another UU this am: one of the small conditioners that come with hair colorants. It was a L'oreal one. Seems a fairly slow month for me as well. xBack for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

joanna lumley uses it and she looks great,I always used ponds vanishing cream but never knbew why it was vanishing!!!
Vanishing cream is an oil free moisturiser, I presume it makes the shine vanish! Was told this in B**ts years ago when they discontinued the own brand oil free lotion I had been using.0
