    happy to report a UU of Arm and Hammer toothpaste. I HATED this stuff - tasted absolutely disgusting, so much so that my son refused to use it again after trying it once. It was also hard to get out of the tube until I cut it open and it leaked copiously all over my (black) vanity unit. It was a pain to clean off but at least my vanity unit is lovely and clean now!

    I have replaced it with a partly used Somerfields own brand toothpaste. It must have been around for quite a while because I think Somerfield was taken over by Co-op ages ago!

    :rotfl::rotfl: somewhere between 2009 and early 2011

    My UUs have ground to a halt and the skin on my face has come out in a rash, with some scaly red patches under my eyes, very frustrating. I think it's partly to do with an old moisturiser that has now been relegated to the body lotion category, and partly to do with the colder weather.

    I've been doing this challenge for 5 weeks, have UU or TA 36 items, more than 10% of my stash :T I've also not bought anything new, the only INs I've had have been free samples or gifts. I even made it through Boots and Body Shop today without any purchases bar the one necessary thing I had gone shopping for

    Good morning all. Another UU for me. LE Hand Repair. I don't really like this product but I had a full sized pump that I got in a TSV. MrM used a lot of it on his feet to be fair. I don't like it as it can flake back off my skin. Opened one of my L'Occitane tubes to replace it. The mango one. Is very nice so far.

    Nothing much to do today as I did all my housework yesterday with the exception of finishing off the washing and ironing. MrM is decorating so I'll stay out of his way! lol
    Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • I was a bit disappointed with mine: got a nail themed one - mini nail files, hand cream, nail whitening tablets, some cheap looking glitters and a mini nails inc polish that's gone all gloopy...

    Heading into town, got quite a few things to replace toiletry wise, hope I can stick to my list!

    Oh i'm sorry to hear that. It was the vitamin pills for hair that really won it over for me, my hair's been quite lacklustre lately so i'm happy to give them a try.
  • Hi all! Can I join in please?

    My stash is taking over the bedroom! I'll go through it later and see what's running out, I'll hopefully have a few UUs to share by the end of the month :j

    Welcome CookieMonsta - this is a great thread - really friendly and supportive.

    No more OUTs - things have really slowed down recently on the UU front for me but on the plus side, no more INS either. I managed to resist the Gat TSV yesterday on the Q - put another £5 in my SPC so I count that as real progress for me.

    Off to Bicester tomorrow to meet my friend - I need a new black bag so that is on my list. My current Radley one is starting to split on the handle and is looking a bit tatty. Will try to be good in L'Occitane...
  • Hi all,
    I know it's rather late in the month but with all the 3 for 2 offers around am dreading the "accidental" growth of my stash! It also looks like we'll be moving house next summer which is a decent goal - last time we moved I had a suitcase of toiletries - so embarassing!

    Morning everyone, have a couple of UU to report;

    Femfresh wash - WBA, and already have

    Nivea Power Berry Refresh shower gel - WNBA, the scent was nice at first but was a bit too sweet after a while!

    Sensodyne Pronamel toothpaste - WNBA, i really don't like the taste of this!

    And now the IN's;

    Femfresh Wash
    Lush Twilight showergel
    Oral B 3D Optic enamel care toothpaste
    Rimmel Precious Stones Silver nail varnish
    Models Own Disco Inferno nail varnish
    Max Factor Fantasy Fire nail varnish
    Max Factor Silver nail varnish
    Maybelline Dream Lumi concealer

    I've gone all nail varnish mad, I really need to reign it in! I'm awaiting an order of about 6 China Glaze polishes too...

    Welcome! I found a stash list really helped me; not least because I had no idea just how much I owned! I was planning on buying lots in the Xmas sales but, given my outstanding list, I think I can probably wait until next Xmas :rotfl::rotfl:

    One more UU today:

    Body shop sweet lemon shower gel miniature. WBA, really liked the smell, I think Body SHop lemon products are on my hit list once I start buying again.
