Solid fuel installation: do I have everything ready?!

Hi there,

I have 10m of liner in my garage and the below ready to go. I have some fire cement and the installer will have the self tapping screws and rope etc.

Currently I have a gas cowl where the old liner joined the roof which the installer will need to remove. Presumably the hanging cowl below will need to hang off something so I'm guessing I'll need to provide a new chimney pot for the installers to fit and the the cowl will attach to this? Have I got the right end of the stick?anything glaringly obvious I have missed?

Any help appreciated. Thanks. :-)

Looks like you have it all there, you could have got a top hanger that would have sat on the chimney top without a pot but nevermind.

Access for sweeping ? cant see a maintenance panel in the flue pipe from the stove so hope the internal baffle can be removed to allow sweeping from the inside, if neither then it wont conform to building regs and wont / shouldnt get signed off.

CO alarm? Register plate being provided? Stove top kettle? Notice plate?

Something akin to this. It is in the regs so the installer should complete and affix.
