its not possible to unlock a SE phone using the DCU-60 cable.
you need a different type of cable.

If any body decides to debrand their phone may i suggest a visit to expansys.com as they have and extensive forum of debranding on various phones and there is a lot of instructions including some with screenshots.

You can patch unlock using the DCU-60 phone.
  • I have a query.........

When it comes to selecting Firmware Region, is this should be ''where you want use the mobile''

For example, can these debranded/unlocked phones be used abroad to pickup local Radiochannels?

I wonder whether we can re-customise them to select different region whenever we need?
