By PCN do you mean parking charge notice, or or the initials PCN which could stand for anything - for example Petes Cheesey Nibbles

Yes I agree, to put up a lot of information now could give the PPC a chance to change the sign before the DVLA have had it drawn to their attention.'Parking tickets' issued by Private Parking Companies are not 'parking tickets' at all. They are unenforceable invoices as stated by MSE head Martin Lewis recently on TV.
My family and friends now know what's going on in private car parks and motorway services areas. :T
