    By PCN do you mean parking charge notice, or or the initials PCN which could stand for anything - for example Petes Cheesey Nibbles
    or peanlty charge notice?

    likewise it may be better to first type up the text from the sign omitinig its location, and Parking company to see if its worht a comlaint to the DVLA, and then once the DVLA have responded post the sign on here.

    Yes I agree, to put up a lot of information now could give the PPC a chance to change the sign before the DVLA have had it drawn to their attention.
    'Parking tickets' issued by Private Parking Companies are not 'parking tickets' at all. They are unenforceable invoices as stated by MSE head Martin Lewis recently on TV.
    My family and friends now know what's going on in private car parks and motorway services areas. :T
