They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!

for photos create an account with a web photo site such as photobucket, upload your photo, and link to it on here, if you cant post links remove the http:// bit or the https://www.bit form the address.
note if you have discovered a bad bit of signage, complain to the DVLA before you post it on here, as the parking compaies watch this place, and the sign may be amended/removed before the DVLA can take action.From the Plain Language Commission:

You are trying to post a link but all you have to do is 'break' it. Either remove the http:// or put a gap between it and the rest of the URL...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
