mobiles.co.uk !!!!!!?

I received the phone 10 days ago and until today my sim card is not activated I am in 24 months contract. I went to t mobile nearest branch and they told I am not T mobile customer and they do not have any information about my contract. So whats next. Whats going on with mobile.co.uk

Strange had no problem with mobiles.co.uk what so ever, why not pop into Carphone Warehouse and create merry hell, as they are the parent company?

Yes I was in carphone warehouse but they told me go to T mobile and T mobile told me I should contact mobiles.co.uk I emailed them but still no response. Its seems I got phone for free

mobiles.co.uk have to activate the account & handset, its fraud prevention - did you call & confirm you received it ?

dial-a-phone done this to me years ago, then I was asked for a deposit of hundreds or return - I was abroad at the time !! FOOLS
