Well, my buyer has responded to the dispute stating that they wish to pay , (they must have been away sunning themselves), so I take it that they have until the 8th day to pay otherwise I can still close and get my fvf?
Or, does this change the situation in that , now they have responded, it could go on indefinitely?
It all seems like a complete minefield.
Also, if they responded at 9 am, why haven't they damn well paid straight away as they would have received a pay now reminder????

    AAAARGH!
He has now paid, by paypal and he has an unconfirmed address in BRISTOL, not Scotland!
He has sent a message with payment saying sorry he's been away, can he have them asap!!!! he needs them for a school display. I give up.

Part of the Furniture 10,000 Posts Combo Breaker Mortgage-free Glee!
07900 would be a mobile code, which could explain the address discrepancy...

Did you try reporting him for dodgy contact details?
    My TV is broken!
Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j

I did report him , which must be why his contact details have been updated on ebay and paypal.
I have now decided just to post the damn things, I know he's unconfirmed but it's not worth all the hassle for a £30 sale for 2 items whose trade cost to me was less than £10.
I take that risk all the time when sending things out mail order, when customers have paid over the phone, in the end you have to trust people, ebay does leech the trust out of you though:o .
The only thing now is the postage, I have since upped my combined rate but on this sale it was £3.95 + £1.00 for additional items, I have just packed and weighed them, my scales say bang on 1500g, what's the betting the P.O. scales have them just over, which means £5.31 instead of £4.95.
God, I sound like a right moaner!
If this all goes pear shaped, you all have my permission to kick me and say "never post to unconfirmed".:p
