last orange bill says -£16.15 but no refund has been made?
Hi all,
I had my last orange bill 2 weeks ago (15th october) and it said that the total was -£16.15. However since then, I have had no refund made to my bank account, and no cheques sent.. has anyone experienced this and did they eventually resolve it for you, or did you have to phone them up to get it back?
Thanks

According to MSE they refund automatically, but no harm chasing them.

orange have never refunded me automatically, you do have to ask for it. I also pay my contract in full at the start leaving a credit on it.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

You need to request it. MSE is wrong, nothing happens 'automatically' !0
