My question was can you legally charge more for an item than it is priced at.
There is no such thing as an official "price".
Prices on items are merely an invitation to treat. You make an offer and they shop can either accept it or not.
They can charge a different price for the same item to every customer that buys it if they want to.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
