Yep,
Pepsi, as we know it, is coming to an end. At least, the "full" version.
They're replacing it with this:
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2105791/Pepsi-launches-mid-calorie-Pepsi-Next-takes-Coke-battle-lure-health-conscious.html
The article makes no mention of Pepsico's intentions, but I've just been sent a video and other documentation saying that Pepsi WILL be replaced entirely by Pepsi Next.
SO angry at this, I don't drink "diet" drinks because they taste like crap, are potentially carcinogenic, and actually cause weight GAIN, not loss.
Pepsi-muppets.

There is nothing in that story that says they are stopping the production and sale or regular Pepsi, as far as I can see, so what the hell are you ranting about?

Plus, it's in the Mail so it's a load of scaremongering rubbish.0 -
The cola, which is slated to hit store shelves in the U.S. by the end of next month, is Pepsi's biggest product launch in years.
I was in the US last month and Pepsi Next is already being sold in Walmart and 7-11 stores,
As the Mail couldn't even get this correct, I wouldn' beleive too much of that article.0 -

The Mail article is dated 24 February 2012, 8 months old.No trees were killed to send this message, but a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced. - Neil deGrasse Tyson (@neiltyson)0 -
