i have sold a fish tank with has lots of shrimp in the tank.the person who has won the item comes from north shields and i live in central scotland,it was clearly collection only. how do i go about dealing with this situation as i have never been in it before.maybe an oversight on their behalf about the collection only as they have feedback of 496 and it is a 100%
thanks

Have you had any contact with them? Is it possible that they could have a family member or friend in your area on whose behalf they were bidding?0

after 4 days you can open a non payment case against them, you can then close it 4 days later at which point you will be refuned any fees.0

well i got contact from the buyer this morning, the only day they can pick it up as there wife is working in the area is thursday after 5pm,but due to work and university commitments i won't be in until the weekend,i know maybe my fault for not specifying times for pick up,but i honestly thought it would be someone local who bought it and pick would have been more flexible.any suggestions
thanks

Can you leave the item with a trusted friend / family member?
Can you deliver it to the person when they are working locally in your area? if it is not too far from where you live? ie their lunch time / your lunchtime at Uni?Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

unfortunately there is going to be nobody else, and i have to be there as there is livestock to be moved and it has to be put into containers ,and this can only be done when the person arrives to pick it up.0 -
