As far as i know the forum posts being used in court were regarding a case where someone hid behind the you cant prove it was me drigving excuse, but by using the forum posts that person made it was possible to identify that person.From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
