So there I was searching the web, researching scammers etc and came across:
Not sure what to make of this, other than it's good to see a company that have been suspended by the DVLA for gross misconduct having their time wasted.

Nice one 'Rose'. My, you live in a great big house. :rotfl:

Theres a few good videos on there, although its a shame that some of them are drowned out by the radio/music in the background. From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
That video just seemed such a waste of time......For everthing else there's mastercard.

I agree but, it is wasting Roxburghe's time too. I wouldn't do it myself but I find the fact that people are fighting back in many different ways encouraging.0 -

This case is going to court I believe, If Sobell turns up I wonder what a district judge would think of these videos if they were produced, or transcripts from them?
Yes its funny too wind them up but it is best too deal with these matters in a business like manner if there is a chance of court action.
There maybe be a reason Roxburghe have chosen this one to go too court, it may not be so funny for them after the case!0 -

Yes quite
Even though this person says they have a defence which includes hmrc vs vcs, i dont think going by their telephone conversations with Roxburghe that they actually know what they are talking about
All the rubbish he spouts about civil/criminal law. The guy in my opinion hasn't got a clue and i wont be surprised if they loose.
The judge will probably fall asleep if he talks as much as he does on the phoneFor everthing else there's mastercard.

Actually plenty of times forum posts have been shown to judge's.
Best of look thoughFor everthing else there's mastercard.

Oh come on please is that the best they can do... fire out pre written template letters stating I have offered to pay... plenty of corrupt activity there id say !!!!!:money:
Just to make a post now to wish you the best of luck but to also make it clear - have you not taken any advice from pepipoo with your defence? It's not too late, you need to get your ducks lined up and keep the scattergun arguments for another place.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I am totally with you over the way Roxburghe and Graham White operate, and my money is on a no show from Sobel or his representative.
However a county court is a court of opinion. It should not be but it is, the first point a DJ is going to look at is that both parties have made all reasonable attempts to settle this matter before the need to get too court.
There have been a few cases were forum posts have been used in evidence. The most acclaimed Thomas case being one.
Not all Judges are as clued up as some on these matters, and there have been victories for PPC's.
We don't know the exact claim made against you or what they are claiming.
I have listened to your arguments on the videos, and they are mostly correct, but you have to back them up with facts.
Good luck at court, however my money is still on a no show!;)0
