That's the power of autoglass marketing :rotfl: makes you think you're getting something for FREE but includes the caviated word USUALLY that puts the onus on yourself to make sure with your insurer that it won't effect your NCD or cost.

Autoglass don't care about making you aware of the final situation before starting the work, they get paid for the job, whether it's from the insurance / yourself or a combination of the two
