I wasn't using all of my allowance every month and had thought of going PAYG. Being a long term customer, T-Mobile put me on a new tariff which covers my phone needs for only £5 per month!!! A reduction from £20. Result. I decided to stay with T-Mobile, keeping my old phone which is perfectly adequate for my needs.
