I think when dispute done via eBay you have to wait until the date stipulated to escalate (PayPal you can escalate at any point).
So regardless of any communication between you and the seller if you do not have an amicable agreement then escalate as soon as you are able and the rest is down to eBay from there on.Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it.0 -
hi again,
The seller has only just responded to the new dispute! And he is adamant that he sent out the phone. What if I do escalate the dispute and send back the speakers but he chooses not to sign off for the parcel? I'm getting really worried now!0 -

Send them back tracked and upload the tracking to the eBay dispute, the parcel only has to show delivered or attempted. When it does, give eBay a ring.
The refusing to sign ploy doesn't work. Its been tried loads of times.0 -

the seller keeps insisting that he sent the phone out. which he really didn't! and now i'm getting worried that ebay will turn in his favour.
do i need to divulge any other information other than that i got some speakers, not a phone?
i had taken some photos of the box that i received and sent them to him and he's still denying that he sent me the speakers0
