15 second rule seems to apply almost constantly! Also CAB board freezes.

I'm getting this 15 second warning a lot these days, it's driving me nuts.

I will be reading a thread then I'll click on the 'New Posts' button and I'll instantly get the 'please wait 15 seconds' guff.

Any chance of fixing this please?

Also, the CAB board freezes (the same way the whole site used to freeze during the time when loads of people were complaining about it).

If I click on New Posts then pick a thread to read that just happens to be in the CAB Board then the site freezes and my computer is unusable until maybe 30 - 45 seconds pass. Just EXACTLY in the same way it used to when the site had problems.

Given the fact this ONLY happens with the CAB Board, it's clearly not my computer so please don't try to tell me it is.

EDIT: WIN 7 (both 32 & 64), Chrome.

I can't open the CAB board on my desktop as it freezes the whole PC for so long it gets boring. Next time I login there I will check if it has improved.
